Oh My Gosh….. It’s Anniversary time again for the Stuffed Sandwich!
Can you believe it’s already been another year – how fast it went.
This year it’s time to celebrate 48 years of Stuffed Sandwich!
I would like to extend a huge Thank You to everyone of you
for your support and friendship over these many years.
The doors would not have remained open without you.
It has truly been my pleasure and an honor to get to know you
and serve you the best sandwiches, salads, and beers that
I can.
I would also like to Thank all my employees – former and present;
without them I would not be able to keep the shop open.
The beers from Belgium have a very special place in my heart.
It was my husbands favorite beers. In his honor and to celebrate
the anniversary of Stuffed Sandwich I have nine special Belgian
Beers on draft ready for your enjoyment!

KASTEEL WIT ‘2024’
Belgian White Ale that’s light and refreshing; lots of flavors – orange peel,
ginger, coriander and lemongrass; crisp with a dry finish
BRASSERIE FANTOME – SOY-EREZEE,LUXEMBOURG, BELGIUM
BLONDINETTE de PRINTEMPS ‘2023’
Belgian Farmhouse Saison – spring inspired blonde made with Pilsner malt,
unmalted wheat grains and Saaz hops; then dry-hopped with Citra and
Eukanot; brewed with nutmeg, lemon peel, bitter orange and a hint of
cinnamon; somewhat sour on the finish
TIMMERMANS BREWERY – ITTERBEEK, FLEMISH BRABANT, BELGIUM
BOURGOGNE des FLANDRES ‘2022’
Belgian Flanders Sour Red Ale that is matured in oak barrels. Taste like cherries
but no fruit is added to the brew; tart with just a hint of sweetness
TIMMERMANS BREWERY – ITTERBEEK, FLEMISH BRABANT, BELGIUM
LAMBICUS BLANCHE ‘2023’
Belgian White Lambic) Ale that is the world’s oldest Lambic brewery –
open since 1702. It’s the only white lambic beer brewed in the world –
spiced with dried orange zest and coriander; fruity, tart with a hint of sweetness

Belgian Strong Blond (Pale) Ale that has been brewed for 35 years.
Brewed with three different kinds of yeast giving it its unique taste
with hints of citrus, banana, spices, caramel – touch of bitterness on the finish

PAUWEL KWAK ‘2024’
Belgian Strong Amber Ale brewed with candy sugar to give it a nice
sweetness with hints of caramel, vanilla, cloves and nutmeg,malty finish
BRASSERIE d’ACHOUFFE – ACHOUFFE, LUXEMBOURG, BELGIUM
MC CHOUFFE BROWN ALE ‘2023’
Belgian Strong Dark Ale – classic style brown with notes of dried fruit,
brown sugar, toffee; nice malty flavor
BROUWERIJ ST. BERNARDUS – WATOU, WEST FLANDERS, BELGIUM
ST. BERNARDUS TRIPEL – ‘2023’
Belgian Tripel that has stone fruit notes, white pepper and spices; nice mix
of sweetness and bitterness
