I would like to give a big Thank You to all of you that came in March
and helped my clean our the fridge. I now have more room to
purchase more kegs for the coming months!
This month I have Barrel Aged Beers on draft.
Many people think of stouts when they hear of barrel aged.
There is much more as you will see with this month’s line-up.
I do have three barrel aged stouts, three barrel aged barleywines,
one barrel aged saison, one barrel aged sour and one barrel aged
blended ale. The saison and sour are both light weights. The other
seven are all very strong and boozy from 12.5% to 15.4%.
It is highly recommended that you use Uber/Lyft or have a
designated driver with you.

Barrel Aged Brown Ale aged in Pinot Noir wine barrels for one year;
brewed with sour cherries, brettanomyces yeast, hactobacillus and
pedicoccus bacteria; sour beer with some barnyard funk; sour cherry,
oak, leather and a bit winey

BASS CLEF BARLEYWINE ‘2023’
Barleywine that is Double Barrel Aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon and
Heaven Hill Rye barrels for 12 months; very complex with flavors of
black pepper, molasses, cherries, tabacco, oak, vanilla; the finish
reminds you of a tawny port; very boozy
Stuffed Sandwich is the first place outside of their tasting room to
serve this special barleywine on draft!

Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in 15 year old single use Kentucky
